The farmer is almost done cutting the corn where I'm hunting (there are only 2-3 rows left). I'll push anything out that is there in the morning, so I'm wondering if I should just wait until later in the afternoon to hunt the woods next to the field.
What do you think?

Hunt the woods. Leave the corn alone.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I'm hunting in the woods next to the cornfield, I'm just not sure if I should go in the morning and risk pushing the deer out of the field or wait and hunt it in the evening and try to catch them heading to the field.

I’d hunt the evening, bring your sleeping bag and if you don’t get a shot, spend the night in your tree. (Using s safety harnesses of course! ;-)

Get in your stand at least an hour & a half before shooting light, and stay there until you shoot something, or, it gets dark, whichever comes first.

Thanks for the tips guys, I'm not sure I'm up to that level of commitment yet. :)

Right now, sleep in, hunt the 10 till dark. Mornings are terrible after the shooting starts. Catch them in the afternoon.
