Came up on the mechanical vs. fixed thread that Wasp is out of CT, I like the idea of supporting local. Anybody using Wasp and your thoughts? Which model; Drone, Havalon, Sharpshooter….? I also see you can order a 3 pack of any mix for only $34, so might order that mix to try them out.

I shot several with the Hammers. I may try the Z Force next year. I have a pack in the basement that I bought and didnt use, I dont remember why, I got it the first year they came out. Overall, the blades on Wasp heads tend to be sharp, and the durability overall high!

I've been playing with Exodus broadheads this year. No reason really other than trying something different. But for the past 20+ years I've been shooting Wasp broadheads. I've shot pretty much all their fixed blade heads. I've never had one problem with them. I even have a tattoo of the old logo. Real fan boy.

That's all I've been using for the past five years. Very sharp. And tough. Fly great.

Ordered a 3 pack mix to try, arrived in just a few days, nice plastic foam lined case, well labeled…. I like the looks of the Sharpshooter, Will see if they fly as good as Viper Tricks

I like that sharpshooter…..the Mortem looks like a slick truck with 3 blades instead of 4

They make that Sharpshooter in 100, 150, and 200 grains

The Mortem makes me think of the NAP Nitron I shot many years ago...

Been shooting Wasp Jakhammer 125 gr. for years now, great blood trails, only had one failure when I brought my warm bow out in a snow storm and had the snow melt on the broadhead then refreeze, the blades didn't deploy but I still got the deer.
