I'm willing to chat. On average, I know the units south of intestate 40 better than north.

I've been in 13, but don't know it well enough to provide info. I also don't know the 6c outfitters, but I'll bump the thread.

Use to hunt 13 muzzle loader all the time but then it became popular and draw odds went down. Haven't hunted it in 10 years as I have been chasing elk in other units with my bow. So any information I have is way out of date but PM me if interested.
