Go to the LSBA website and look for a thread about their annual Grunt and Gobble hunt at Pete Denney's Brushy Hill Ranch in Sabinal TX.
It's a semi guided ranch that spans 10k plus acres. Plenty of Rios, hogs and javelina.

Pescadito Ranch near Laredo-killed Javelina last year and headed there in March for turkeys, javelina, bass fishing and exotics again.

Hit up RK on here. He used to run a hog/javelina ranch, but I would trust his opinion
