First bear of the year 3/14/22

Well last night I had the first bear come into my yard. This morning I took the dog out the do her business and walking back to my back deck I saw the tracks in the snow. Funny thing is the tracks walk right up to my deck stairs. I've many time saw track on my deck. But For the life of my could not find exit tracks. ?????

This is pretty early to see bears......................

they have bears wandering around town at night in Montoursville

No picknic basket. But 50's and 60's has got them out. I'm sure its just the males right now.

Ed you outta check the spare bed room. Maybe he went back to sleep in a warmer dryer place than his last resting spot lol

MA, you may just be correct. When i got home in the evening I looked again. He either walked right up against my house and out my driveway, no snow was up against my house or he went under my deck and was there the whole time I was checking and looking at his foot prints.

I was gonna ask if you checked under your deck! ;-)
