This morning crows located a gobbler on my back ridge, they were really badgering him, he gave a couple shock gobbles then silent... most of our snow is gone but have not seen a strutting Tom as yet. Years past they'd gobble an strutt as eary as February, hopefully May will see some action with the flock.

I had 5 good size Jake's come to the birdfeeder this morning... their heads are just starting to get that red white color to it, so I figure breeding just a moment away here.

Just got my first gobbler pic yesterday at my property in 6K. The snow is finally gone and the birds are starting to move around. I have a good amount of crop residue left over from 2021.
