HB4386 passed both houses.

Yes it has, however, the gov has not signed the bill yet and even if he does the law would not be in affect until Jan 1,2023. So the 2022 season is still shotgun, no rifles.

I know when the crossbow legislation went into effect it was passed in the same year it went into effect.
