There is a bill pending in NJ to make it harder for hunting on private land in NJ. The landowner would have to get concurrence from all adjacent landowners to allow hunting on his own property.
Alot of the hunting clubs in NJ utilize leases for private land hunting opportunities.

Look into the future here. Either way whether this passes or not. The INTENT here is to stop hunting right? So IF this gains momentum, can you see that a heavy handed govt that decides to end hunting/trapping on Govt owned lands can (attempt) to end hunting on private property bordering Fed props?
