Hi all, CO guy here so am not familiar with WY (the general vs special stuff is confusing to me for now). I have 4 elk points and a budget of 8k'ish for 2023.
I'm an experienced elk hunter, but want to go all in. Does anybody have a recommendation for my circumstances (4 NR points and 8k'ish budget)?
