Black bear hunting

Hello I am looking to do a DYI black bear hunt and maybe doing some fishing. Could you some help a outfitter ? What would be the best time to go? Any info would really help. Thanks Mike Place From Ohio

Triax, when is your hunt? I am not a guide or outfitter, but a resident who is chasing them with my longbow in a couple weeks. My hunting buddy and I are doing our hunt together.
