Not sure it's a great idea let everyone know none of them have working collars. Along with data, the collars likely act as a bit of deterrent for someone considering handling management outside the Government's framework.

Amazing what a 50 grains of copper wrapped lead will do when properly inserted into just the right place on one of those little boxes at around 3400 fps…. Kind of a two-fer-one!
