Camping near lewistown

I am planning on spending two to three days in or around Lewistown in July. We will he hauling a 23 ft trailer. Any good dispersed camping spots within about 10-15 miles of town? The internet searches are only bring up the fairgrounds an Kiwanis and that's not what we are looking for. Do any of the fishing access sites on Spring creek allow camping for a few days?
