Yesterday, I walked up to the sporting goods cashier at Walmart and bought my last hunting license. It were a somber affair..... Lifetime combo license, Archery, Mler, FurTakers. $101.
I thanked the nice lady for selling me my very last hunting license, then it hit me.....sniff sniff... Dang!
"Hey gimme a bunch of PINK ENVELOPES for Doe tags." I screamed! With a JOY in my heart and excitement and confidence exuding from my vocal chords, the aisles bristled with applause and cheering! Oh so good were these times!
I Couldnt wait to get home to spend 10 minutes filling out my 3 tags and envelopes! God life is GREAT! 10 minutes to fill out ALL the paperwork for 3 doe tags....... I probably should have let the neighbor kid fill them out...... Im always in too big of a hurry:)

I just bought my lifetime license at 74 y/o. Each previous year I figured it may be my last. Hope I didn't jinx myself.
