Any recommendations on a butcher in Columbia/Rensselaer county close to Massachusetts. Looking for someone to skin and debone for transport back to mass this season.

Just over the southern Columbia County border in Dutchess, is Malafy's Meat Processing in Red Hook. My cousin has used them a few times.

Pat they must be cut up and deboned I believe.
