Shot this big doe this morning, had her at 5 yards broadside but couldn't draw,finaly she gave me a hard quartering away shot at 18 yards.Hit stomach liver and one lung, maybe some artery too.She ran 70 yards and crashed.Dressed at 100 lbs.

Got another doe Tuesday nightshade 7 deer just after sunset, no bucks.Can't believe how dead the RI site is when Mass is on fire!

Got a small 8 point this morning in the rain. Sat in a chairblind that I just bought on the edge of a small field. And while laughing to myself about how ridiculous the blind was a buck walked 10 yards in front of it. Glad I didn't sleep in.
