Went and checked 2 different pieces of wiha today. Found what was left of 3 bucks. One has a crossbow bolt laying next to it. All three were rib cages spine front shoulders and no heads.

I'm not surprised. Something about crossbows cripples a lot of deer. I hate them.

Anybody that hunts the public ground that me and my brothers hunt would find our deer in that same condition as we do all our deer the gutless method. Typically we will cut them up right where they fell so it could look to others as though they where shot and lost. I'm guessing the cross bow bolt carcass was a lost deer though.
