Tree stands and removal dates

What are laws regarding regarding removal per the two week grace period after seasons end of stands say on properties that are open to hunting but privately owned such as water authorities etc. that may or may not be managed by game commission?Has anyone seen where game commission removes stands left year round on SGL if reported.?Was curious since I see the same stands never removed and or can tell they are not safe to use and abandoned.
