NonResident deer tag cost?

So, I know I’ll draw hate for wanting to hunt SD but every link I try on the State website does not give a dollar amount for deer hunting.
Are non res banned from purchasing now? I thought the rule was changed to just buying in early.
I’ll call later when they’re open but I just thought I’d scroll through here and ask the question.

I believe the cost is $280 unless you are applying for a "Special" rifle tag and then its around $500 . We do not discourage all non resident hunters, just too many of them. Hope you enjoy your trip.

What are resident deer tags? Strongly considering leaving my beloved state of Colorado & our “not much beloved Governor “. I recently had the privilege of meeting yours & she is certainly a breath of fresh air. I promise, SWEAR to leave the pathetic political crap Colorado seems to be infected with behind.
