I got my green ANS boat thingy in the mail today - WTH are you supposed to do with it?

Nothing! If you have your new reg. sticker that's all you need. the green piece only shows you paid for ANS, but you can't get your reg. sticker if you don't pay for Ans! stupid assed why of bumping up registration fees!
