" CPW Commission approves historic final wolf restoration and management plan per the "WIll" of Colorado voters". Our Governor and the head of DNR used this "Will of the people" in their statements.

Lets see: 1,590, 299 votes YES or 50.91%

1,533,313 voted NO or 49.09%

Will of Colorado Voters? " Will" of only half of Colorado Voters.

I motion that new laws that apply state-wide be voted on with each county getting one vote based on the popular vote in that county.

So far Wyo. is saying that they will not "donate" any wolves to Colo. Now we can hope that the other 4 states north and northwest of Colo say the same. Then what?

They didn't care about the will of the people a few years back when voters rejected a ballot question to ban drilling,. Instead they passed legislation severely restricting it. They only care about "their" will.

Montana stated they will not donate wolves until the Federal 10j rule has been approved for Colorado. True, Wyo, said NO. Do not know about Idaho.

Finding wolves probably won't be an issue. My guess is that WI, MN or Trudeau are already a yes.
