69 of the 100 representatives across Colorado voted in favor of the bill and pole smoker veto's it. Pretty clear where his priorities are.

The First Gentleman is pretty happy that the "will of the people" won out. Hmmmmm.
Even though we have swerved way left, my guess is that armed with the facts about winter kill and the specifics of the bill, if it was up for a vote, a majority would have supported it. I think that was evident to the representatives.
