Not sure I understand the concept, you register the day you want to hunt? First come, first served up to 150 a day. How do you plan for this if you can't be sure of getting in, especially if you want to camp & hunt multiple days?

Bring back the old days from 1970s, you got a permit-for the whole season.... Til that idiot kid who had nothing to do with the hunts snuck in an almost blew his hand off playing with a munitions Dud at home.
